We offer a package of seven services valued at $179.95 to combat spyware and viruses and improve your computer security. Our regular in-store price for this package is $65 and your computer is ready in about a week. We also offer three business day service for $99 and next business day emergency service for $139. For a limited time we are offering this package for $65, with free 1GB flash drive, on a first-in, first-out basis. At the advertised special price we cannot promise a completion date. Computers are repaired in the order in which they are received and the time in our shop varies depending on our workload at the time. This service could take as long as two weeks.

Before we accept your computer for service at our reduced price, we will tell you a target date for completion. This is an estimate only. We do not guarantee a completion date unless emergency service is requested. Please remember, all computers are repaired on a first-in first-out basis. We will call you as soon as your computer is ready for pickup.

If the services listed here do not resolve your problem, you will be contacted and given an estimate for repair. If repair is not authorized you will be charged $65 as a diagnostic fee.

Viruses are capable of damaging data and critical operating system files. Virus removal does not always resolve all issues. Additional problems may persist after removal requiring a complete format and reinstallation of your operating system. If a format is required and authorized, we offer several options, including the system saver for $99.95. We will back up your data first, format your hard drive and reinstall your operating system and all system drivers. We will then restore your existing data and programs into a folder labeled Customer Data on your hard drive and create a shortcut on your desktop to this folder. You may be able to access your data, but you will have to reinstall your programs. We assume no responsibility for the data on your computer. While we always stand behind our work, we cannot guarantee that your computer will not be reinfested
with viruses and Spyware if you don’t take precautions against these problems.Our warranty for this special service one week. If the same problem reoccurs within seven days, we will provide the service for which you were charged again at no extra charge.
